Aprons, Aprons, and more Aprons

One of my daughters is a professional personal chef in California and she wears an apron everyday.  My other daughter admits that even though aprons are a good idea, if they aren't fun, pretty, and practical, she won't wear them.  Hopefully, I've meet the criteria.

Some of the aprons are fancy and some of them are chef's aprons.  The chef's aprons have machine embroidery.  They all have at least one pocket on each side.

All of the aprons are reversible, made with 100% cotton and are machine wash and dry.   All are sized to fit most.

Some of the aprons are made from vintage patterns.   Yes, vintage.  I have some of my grandmother's old patterns, my mother-in-law shared her patterns, and I've gotten some from auctions, but the majority came from EBay.

Here are some early projects

The following are currently available.

I've tried to display the sizing by using both dress forms; one is small and the other is plus sized.
There are coordinating oven mitts for the fancy aprons

The first is a better representation of the color and there will be more choices to follow.  Can you see that 2 of the aprons are checks and the others are striped?

So, if you see anything of interest, leave a comment or use the contact information.

About Me

My photo
My DH and I moved recently from near Des Moines to just south of Branson, MO, Missouri , United States
Sewing has been part of my life since childhood, first clothing and then moving into accessories, home decor, embroidery, and knitting. During the most stressful times of my corporate life, time spent in my sewing room refreshed my spirit. As the world became more environmentally responsible, I began to think about the different things my grandmother did that make economic and environmental sense today. Simple things like carrying lunch to work is not only less expensive, it's usually healthier. Now let's reuse the containers and bag. We just became very smart. Next, if we can reuse a lunch bag, why not carry our own grocery or shopping bags. Families are very busy today, so we need to take every opportunity to enjoy our time together. We also want to save money while doing what's right for the planet. Items that can be reused, easily cared for, make us smile, or just make everyday tasks more enjoyable are the things I hope to make available to you. Every effort is made to use 100% machine washable cotton in our products. Please note fabric content and care instructions included in the product description. My goal is to offer quality products at a fair price.
